LFR Ohio Properties is where

Housing Authority (OFHA) guidelines for independent residents. We offer housing

WAPAKONETA, OHIO
Situated
on secure grounds, minutes from Downtown Wapakoneta Ohio, Blume Alumni Apartments offer seniors over age
55 a great place to live. The building is adjacent to Sunrise Apartments, connected by a serene courtyard. There are
32 suites consisting of 1 and 2 bedrooms. Residents have access to on-site laundry facilities on each floor, indoor mailroom,
and a community room with a kitchen. The private courtyard provides a quiet meeting and picnic area for tenants and
guests to gather. Regular monthly senior activities include: wellness clinics, bingo, birthday parties and more.
Part of the original
Blume High School in Wapakoneta Ohio built in 1910, the building was
added onto in 1915, which now comprises the Sunrise Apartments. The building was also renovated
into 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites in 1995. There are 23 suites. Residents
enjoy access to an on-site laundry facilities, outdoor patio and picnic area, indoor mail room, and a community
room available for family celebrations and functions. Off-street parking is in the rear of the building.
CANAL PLACE APARTMENTS SIDNEY, OHIO
Canal Place
Apartments are located within the historic downtown area of Sidney, Ohio. The building was built in 1915 and housed
Kaufman Furniture and Clothing before being renovated in 1995 into affordable housing. There are a total of 56 spacious suites
consisting of studio, delux studio, 1, and 2 bedrooms featuring high ceilings and oversized windows that overlook downtown.
There is a secure entrance with video surveillance, a community room with kitchen facilities, onsite mail room, laundry
facilities, and off-street parking is available across the street.
